The role:
Our I.T team are pivotal to our Agency functioning, and without a doubt they keep the engine running.  Our hardworking team of 2 are in need of permanent, full time support.  We’re seeking an outgoing and customer focused IT Support person to provide solutions to all I.T issues for our team members, and assist with the implementation and support of corporate applications.  Supporting upwards of 150 employees means you’ll need to be prepared to do whatever it takes to help get the job done, and working alongside our current I.T team members we know you’ll have fun while you’re doing it.
A great personality is needed along with a positive attitude.  You will be dealing directly with FCB team members on a wide range of issues, from workstation rollouts to meeting room operations. We work in a fast paced environment that demands the ability to think on your feet and problem solve on the spot.
You’ll need to be forward focused and keen to assist with reviewing and improving current processes.  You’ll be ready with ideas to help make our team more efficient and offer an even better service than we already do. There’s plenty of opportunity to take on new projects if you’re willing to put your hand up. There is enormous opportunity to develop in this role.
  
Technical capability needed:
  • A good understanding of common IT work house tools such as, MS Office Products, MS Operating Systems, MacOS, Creative Suite
  • Experience / knowledge of VMWare, Casper, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, Pegasus
  • An understanding of and an ability to maintain PC and Mac hardware
  • Supporting all audio/visual equipment and BYO devices e.g. mobile phones, tablets

The Digital Planning Director – Media is responsible for providing high calibre, best in class digital media planning for all briefed client projects. 
In this role, you will revel in your responsibility for achieving the best results for our Client’s digital business and maximising opportunities to build Agency digital revenue.
  
Working in collaboration with agency team members across all disciplines, with particular focus on Head of Strategy – Media, Head of Digital Marketing, Digital Group Business Directors and Account Leads, you will provide guidance, opinion on insight, strategy and planning, that inspires innovative digital implementation across our high profile client partner base.
  
In this role you will display a passion for keeping up to date with new digital initiatives and innovations, accessing information databases around the world – covering on line, CRM, Search, Metrics, Research & Mobile technologies, all the while providing training and insights to the connections planners and programmatic teams.

We’re on the hunt for Performance Media Specialists. The opportunity is here for experienced Performance Specialists at Manager & Director level, to lead and grow our specialist programmatic team while working on (and with) some of FCB’s high profile clients and further developing FCB’s programmatic offering.  Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, day to day you’ll be working directly with Ad Ops and Client Services teams on all Campaign Implementation and Campaign Optimisation, Analysis and Reporting.  These are thought leadership roles at the intersection of programmatic media, data and digital operations, and designed to accelerate the advantage of FCB’s integrated model.  Sitting within the Digital Media team, these roles are responsible for driving the agency’s programmatic and data capabilities, in addition to servicing key clients with data potential.
