The role
This is an Account Manager position within our Account Management team located in our Auckland office, Freemans Bay.  This role provides an exciting opportunity to flex your Account Management skills working with one of our much loved, long standing Clients, supporting and reporting into the Senior Account Director lead. You’ll be working closely and directly with both the Client and other FCB’ers to ensure campaigns roll out on time, meeting our clients’ high expectations and producing great results. 
You’ll have a great understanding of the big picture, working alongside our creative, production, digital, data and media teams.  It’s a busy role, so you’ll be willing to pitch in and support the team however you can, using your initiative to proactively traffic the workflow. You’ll be booking and attending meetings, tracking and managing workflow, proofing, troubleshooting, monitoring finances, providing much needed support to your team, and most importantly – ensuring that we meet the client brief.

You’ll need to be

  • You’ll have strong organisational skills

The role
  
We’re on the hunt for a Programmatic Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone special to lead and grow a specialist programmatic team while working on (and with) some of FCB’s high profile clients and further developing FCB’s programmatic offering.  Reporting to the Head of Programmatic & Activation, day to day you’ll be working directly with Ad Ops and Client Services teams on all Campaign Implementation and Campaign Optimisation, Analysis and Reporting.  You’ll also be providing Strategy support to your Client Services team.
  
Overall you will be responsible for delivering best in class campaigns and reports providing open communication with your peers around the effectiveness of your campaigns, while demonstrating a constant willingness to learn and be the best in your field.

Key responsibilities includes:

  • Ensure all IO requirements are correctly implemented in DSP consoles
  • Generate & distribute pixels/beacons for DSPs as required
  • Track, measure and analyse early post launch campaign activities
  • Ensure campaign pacing status is communicated
  • Action relevant optimisations daily against client KPI’s
  • Generate and deliver performance reports

  You’ll need to be:

  • Experienced with all programmatic platforms including DV360, TTD, DSP and Ad-Server, Excel
  • Operationally savvy

Partnerships Project Manager

We’re initially looking for someone who can commit to a 6-month contract, but the role has the potential to go permanent if you help to demonstrate just how successful it can be. You might be currently working in PR, communications or a media agency and looking for a new challenge, possibly even in media sales?
  
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining new partnerships and sponsorships across a diverse portfolio of brands, selling in this specialist service to our clients and sharing your market knowledge across the wider media team.
  
We are looking for either an established communications/sales rock-star, or someone who has what it takes to become one, to manager all partnerships across the agency group. The successful candidate will be able to evaluate potential partnerships while successfully managing and implementing all current partnerships. Being able to problem solve quickly for an array of internal and external audiences across a variety of channels and then sell in a solution is a must. You will also be heavily involved in ensuring every partnership, sponsorship and integration rolls out as agreed.
  
Key responsibilities includes:

  • Initiate, plan and lead projects, and challenge the status quo with new initiatives 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver tasks to deadline
  • A motivated self-starter and team contributor, willing to learn and with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Ensuring revenue to the business will be key and a core focus of the role
  • Negotiating, implementing and delivery of partnership, sponsorship and integrations across the group.
