We have an opening for an Associate Business Director in our team – a senior client service leader who thrives on building trusted partnerships, delivering standout media strategies, and driving both business and team growth. 

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of key client relationships, building trust and becoming their go-to partner
• Drive the delivery of integrated, insight-led media strategies that delivers measurable impact.
• Partner with senior clients to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and long-term success
• Oversee account performance, ensuring excellence in execution, delivery and results.
• Own commercial performance across your accounts, managing budgets, forecasting and profitability with confidence.
• Play an active role in new business pitches and agency growth initiatives.
• Support, mentor and inspire team members, fostering a high performing and collaborative culture.  

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience at Account Director level, ready to step into Associate Business Director role.
• Strong offline media planning and leadership capability, with end-to-end experience across silver and bronze campaigns.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to prioritise, problem solve and lead calmly in fast-paced environments.
• Confidence operating in senior client settings, you can hold your own in the boardroom.
• Comfort working within integrated agency environments and partnering across disciplines.
• Strong commercial acumen, with confidence managing revenue, cost control and profitability.

Senior Investment Executive

We have an opening in our Media Investment team, the role of Senior Investment Executive. This is an opportunity to join a successful and supportive team, responsible for delivering best in market buying, implementation, and post analysis of all offline media (including some digital inventory) across allocated accounts

What you’ll do

• Buy, implement and report all offline media for your allocated client portfolio. (including some digital inventory)
• Deliver competitive buying outcomes, covering optimum price and positioning. While also producing relevant and quality campaign analysis
• Undertake independent negotiations, along with assisting senior team members with larger scale negotiations
• Proactively manage client commitments
• Brief and evaluate partnerships, sponsorships and integrations with support from senior team members
• Maintain a strong understanding of the media market. Provide campaign reports, manage global reporting requirements and provide suggestions on process or reporting improvements
• Build strong, trusted relationships with all key media partners and suppliers, in addition to strong relationships with internal agency teams

What you’ll bring

• 2-4 years’ experience in media agency, or relevant supplier side role
• Strong analytical and numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Great communicator, can easily build & nurture relationships
• A natural negotiator and keen to learn
