We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who’s ready to step into the arena. This is a key role in our account service team working on arguably one of the biggest and highest profile accounts in Aotearoa, and you’ll be a crucial conduit between clients and creatives, championing and driving award winning creative.
What you’ll bring:
- 4+ years’ agency experience (or a similar transferrable advertising-related, client-facing role)
- Razor-sharp attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise under pressure, hunger and drive
- Strong commercial awareness – you understand how great work drives results and how to manage budgets, timelines, and expectations accordingly
- Confident communication skills – you're comfortable managing stakeholders, leading conversations, and keeping clients informed and engaged. You are a slick client servicer adept at managing and nurturing key stakeholder relationships
- A curious, collaborative, can-do attitude – you're always keen to learn, grow, and help others do the same
- Good vibes and a sharp mind — positive, people-smart, and always down for a bit of banter (we don’t take ourselves too seriously, even when the work is)
- Be the go-to contact for clients on day-to-day matters, building trust through reliability, clarity, and a calm head under pressure
- Keep jobs running smoothly – from briefs to execution to final delivery – ensuring deadlines, budgets, and expectations are met
- Work closely with creative, production, creative technology, and the wider full-service integrated agency team to deliver quality, effective, first-in-class creative gold
- Champion great work, staying one step ahead of project needs, and always looking for smart, strategic ways to improve how we deliver

This role is for the social all-rounder – that talented someone who can apply a media and creative lens to social ideation and content development. In this role, you’ll lead the day-to-day management, content creation, and execution of social media campaigns for a range of clients across diverse industries. You’ll be both a creative storyteller and an analytical thinker. Someone who can craft compelling content, manage clients, and measure impact In our full service collaborative environment you’ll work closely with the creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver social-first campaigns that inspire audiences and achieve client goals.
You'll be:
- Owning the day-to-day social game—from posting to reporting and everything in between.

- Copywriting with flair and editing with finesse.

This is a newly created role in our Social team, with responsibilities including editing support, agent and client communications for influencer content, asset resizing, captions, scheduling and tracking deliverables. This entry level position, and will be a key role in supporting our growing Social team at FCB.
In this role you will bring:
- Technical Skills including a working knowledge of Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects), and other platform-native editing apps
- Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Loomly, Sprout, etc.)
- A strong understanding of major social media platforms, formats, and trends
- Experience or exposure to influencer marketing coordination advantageous
