The role
  
We’re on the hunt for an investment specialist. You might be currently working at a media agency and looking for a new challenge, possibly in media sales, or have you been out of the market and keen to return?
  
You will be responsible for delivering best in class investment outcomes across a diverse portfolio of brands, while helping share your market knowledge across the wider media team.

Key responsibilities includes:

  • Negotiating and implementing all offline media across your allocated portfolio
  • Responsible for the delivery of all core campaign objectives and any allocated administration or reporting tasks
  • Growing and maintaining relationships across all our media partners
  • Training and mentoring junior team members and your direct report
  • Collaborating with a wide variety of teams across the agency

You’ll need to be:

The role
  
This an exciting opportunity to break into the media advertising industry at entry level, and grow. You’ll develop a sound understanding of paid, owned and earned media, and learn how to connect this to consumer thinking in order to drive great results for our clients.
  
The role focusses on competitive monitoring and analysis through all aspects for digital media (e.g. video, display, mobile, programmatic, native and social media). You’ll be providing the wider team with the day-to-day support to get a feel for the bigger picture, as well as being responsible for:

  • Liaising with media partners (e.g. TVNZ, NZME, MediaWorks, Facebook, Google)
  • Buying and implementing digital media activity
  • Monitoring and optimising of live digital activity
  • Producing reports to demonstrate to our clients that we’ve achieved their objectives
