We’re on the hunt for three sharp social specialists at different stages of their careers: a Social Director to lead the charge and shape ambitious channel and content strategies; a Social Manager to drive smart, day-to-day execution and bring campaigns to life across platforms; and a Content Creator with the craft, curiosity, technical ability, and cultural radar to make work people want to watch, share and talk about.

We’re on the lookout for a superstar Group Business Director to join our Wellington team.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a portfolio of clients including one of the most important social behaviour change programs in New Zealand
• Lead from the front, champion collaboration and motivate people to deliver exceptional, effective, creative work
• Identify strategic opportunities while nurturing strong, trusting relationships
• Help the agency grow through identifying and contributing to new business opportunities
• Be a leader worth following who supports and inspires your team and the wider agency

You’ll be someone who:

• Brings extensive, strong, relevant experience from a similar senior client service role, or a client side equivalent role
• Is a strategic thinker, champion of creative and highly skilled in the art of negotiation
• Has led and motivated a team to deliver exceptional results for client and agency
• Loves problem solving and brings intuitive decision-making abilities.
