Account Director

We are currently seeking an outgoing and customer focused Account Director who is ready for that next step in their career and eager to progress. We have the tools of the trade and the support to provide you with to progress your career if you have the right work ethic and ambition.

As an Account Director you’ll be responsible for the development of media recommendations and plans to ensure we’re creating opportunities for our clients and exceeding expectations. We’re focused on doing better than we did last time; to always make sure we provide recommendations based on insight from previous campaigns.

Having a strong understanding of the market and relevant consumer groups goes without saying. We want to make sure we choose the most relevant and cost effective media option for our clients. You’ll be in charge of providing statistical media analysis to help identify key category insights that shape media activity and improve and optimise overall campaign outcomes.

Ideally you’ll have five years of media planning / buying experience at an agency. You might be looking for a step up or you’re keen to work on new clients.

You’ll need to be trained in the tools of the trade such as Microsoft Office (especially Excel), exposure to Media Software such as Nielsen (Dataline/Arianna) and TV Map would be an advantage.

We’re looking for strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills, excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills. You’ll need to be client focused and capable of building strong relationships.

Accounts Payable – Media

We are currently seeking an outgoing and customer focused Media Accounts Payable to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

You will be responsible for providing support to the finance department, building relationships with managers and you’ll be well immersed in our culture while doing so.

Ideally you will have 3+ years’ experience working in a finance department within the industry and/or have experience using Pegasus. Previous experience working in accounts payable or accounts receivable is required. Don’t worry if you haven’t reconciled media or supplier billings before as we’re happy to show you the ropes!

We’re looking for someone with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail. You’ll need to be confident and have great communication skills to work collaboratively with everyone across the organisation.

Some of the key duties are:

Accounts Payable
• Requesting and compiling Amex and Mastercard reconciliation spreadsheets with all appropriate back up and approvals
• Preparing credit card payments

Media Reconciliations
• Preparing and managing media supplier reconciliations
• Managing media supplier queries with the media department
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations for media reconciliations

Media Billings
• Running media pro-forma’s for billing
• Finalising media pro-forma’s and print media invoices
• Preparing media new/change vendor forms and inputting into Pegasus (accounting software)
• Setting up client product codes in Pegasus

You’ll work closely with Media Buyers and Planners to ensure that our media campaigns are tracking well and we can demonstrate to our clients that we have achieved their objectives. You will focus primarily on the day-to-day administration, statistical analysis and compile reports from our media campaigns.

This is a new role working closely across disciplines and reporting into the Data Strategy Director. The main purpose of your role is to support the proliferation and execution of data initiatives across clients and teams, seeking new exciting ways to drive results and change behaviours.

In this role you will be directly involved in the extraction and analysis of consumer data to generate insights and communicate them to key stakeholders. You’ll also help to identify new innovative opportunities, and maintain strong strategic grounding to drive customer engagement.

You will have solid analytical skills and knowledge, particularly in relation to marketing and customer behaviours, as well as a working knowledge of marketing processes, campaigns and the insights required to drive them. You will be amazing at communicating the data insights in a way that tells a story and where the outcome action drives results.

The successful candidate will have superior technical skills in managing multiple platforms/systems and tools to achieve client objectives.

Intermediate Designer

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Intermediate Designer to be an integral member of the FCB Design department. This is an amazing opportunity to work alongside award winning creative people on projects for top NZ and international brands.

What do you need?

There is an expectation you’ll have a high level of technical skill using the Adobe Creative Suite that allows you to generate fresh work with high visual impact.

Our ideal candidate will be able to take a job from concept to completion and answer a design brief with creative flair. Knowledge about design elements, such as colour, composition and typography that allow you to create a high standard of work will be highly utilised as well as your creative thinking to produce new design ideas and concepts.

A good understanding of digital production and a general understanding of the print production process will help you to champion excellence in the visual arts as well as a passion for working with the creative and production departments, as well as the agency in general.
