About the gig
We have an great opportunity for someone ready to ready to take their next career step. Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Building solid relationships with our clients.
  • Collaborating with peers across the agency (from creative, PR, social, production etc. etc.) to deliver award winning work on time, and to budget.
  • Taking on and executing ad-hoc projects with ease.
  • Taking an active role in developing junior members of the team (fun right!) 

About you

About the job:

We have a great opportunity for an Account Director to lead several high profile accounts. You’ll be working across our full service agency, running PR & Activations from concept development to overseeing execution for global and local brands. You’ll also be:

  • Leading planning for campaigns and activations.
  • Working closely with clients and to understand their business challenges, collaborating within FCB to deliver the best result.
  • Leading and coaching a small team day-to-day to execute campaigns.
  • Managing budget and billings, identifying opportunities to grow revenue within PR.

Here’s what experience you will have to smash it in this role!

  • Minimum 7 years agency experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in managing a small team.
  • Proactive, self-starter
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the NZ media landscape, and ability to innovate/break new ground.
