Account Manager – Account Service

We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager keen to join our Account Service team. If you’re interested in direct marketing this is the perfect role for you!

Ideally you’ll have a minimum of 2 years account management experience in an advertising agency. You’ll need to be data orientated and have an inquisitive nature that focuses on finding trends and opportunities others can’t. You don’t need to have worked exclusively on the CRM/DM side of an account but you do need a strong interest and have had some exposure to this way of working.

You’ll need to be a team player and be happy to lend a hand across the account. In addition to having excellent time management skills and being able to work on multiple jobs; you’ll also have excellent communication skills, confidence and a willingness to learn and push the boundaries.

This is a great opportunity to learn and develop as you’ll work on one of New Zealand’s biggest accounts with team members that are supportive and experienced.

Digital Account Manager (Media)

As a Digital Account Manager you’ll be responsible for the development of digital media plans along with negotiation, implementation and monitoring of these plans. Conducting statistical media analysis to ensure we are meeting our clients’ objectives.

Ideally you will have several years of digital media planning / buying experience at an agency. However, if you’ve got the right attitude we’re keen to chat to you.

To be considered for the Digital Account Manager position:
You’ll need to handle pressure and deadlines, and have an in-depth understanding of the market and consumer groups to ensure competitive advantage and make sure our campaigns are delivering. You’ll need to know your clients inside and out.

We’re also looking for people capable of building strong relationships with their clients, within the agency and with suppliers. Your presentation and persuasion skills will need to be second to none.

Tech wise we’re open to the systems you’ve used before, but you should be across some of the following ComScore and Nielsen Market Intelligence, and Google AdWords, Analytics, Alerts, and Insights tools. Proficiency in Excel is essential! Agency experience is essential.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Intermediate Designer to be an integral member of the FCB Design department. This is an amazing opportunity to work alongside award winning creative people on projects for top NZ and international brands.

What do you need?

There is an expectation you’ll have a high level of technical skill using the Adobe Creative Suite that allows you to generate fresh work with high visual impact
You can take a job from concept to completion and creatively answer a design brief with creative flair
Knowledge about design elements, such as colour, composition and typography that allow you to create a high standard of work – thinking creatively to produce new design ideas and concepts
A good understanding of digital production and a general understanding of the print production process that will help you to champion excellence in the visual arts
A passion for crafting throughout the creative and production departments, as well as the agency in general
Previous industry experience is essential
Along with the technical expertise we are looking for someone with great communication and organisational ability. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to push their design career and be part of a creative agency.
