A bit about the Gig
  
You’ll be working as the first point of contact for CEO and CFO/COO. Its’ a fairly traditional EA role, that would be suited to a savvy EA that wants to get their hands dirty on the proactive stuff. You’ll be:  

  • Streamlining the workflow of new CEO and CFO/COO, anticipating & resolving issues and exploiting opportunities.
  • Heavily involved in Management and Leadership Team meetings, from collating documents through to assisting on strategic action plans.
  • Planning and managing events/functions end to end – client events, internal events and more!

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment (and love it!)
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
  • High level of competency across the Microsoft Office suite.

About the gig
  
We have an great opportunity for someone ready to ready to take their next career step. Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Building solid relationships with our clients.
  • Collaborating with peers across the agency (from creative, PR, social, production etc. etc.) to deliver award winning work on time, and to budget.
  • Taking on and executing ad-hoc projects with ease.
  • Taking an active role in developing junior members of the team (fun right!)
